Help finding right condo for me

Hi

I am living in rural Thailand
I am wanting to move to Jomtien

The problem is i have now got a back injury  so cannot walk far

So i will need a condo very close to a baht bus and shopping centre Tops or something similar 

I was wanting to wait for low season march but major bust up with thai girl i need to move now
Will this be more expensive being high season 
Does the 6 or 12 months contracts change price or are they the same

Just looking for advice with back and girl problems need to move quik
