Heatwave?

Flying in tomorrow to Bangkok for a few days, then down to Phuket. Kinda worried since the news is making it seem like Thailand is going through a wild heat wave, and Google weather isn't helping either. Of course, it's usually different when you're on the ground (hopefully), so if anyone is in either of those, how bad is it? Would be nice to know so I can mentally prep
