Healthcare question - which hospitals are best? 🏥 Need to find a good hospital/clinic for general checkups and emergencies. Somewhere with English-speaking doctors and modern facilities. Also, how does health insurance work here for expats? My company coverage seems limited. Any recommendations appreciated!
