Expired Coffee Conundrum: Surgeon Dad's Stash!

My surgeon dad's crazy busy schedule means our pantry's overflowing with expired coffee!  We've got four jars – one 'best by' 2024, two from 2023, and a shocking discovery: a bag of beans from 2016!
