CU iHouse Chula University

Hi! Im gonna be studying for a semester at Chulalalongkong university, faculty of economics. I've been looking to apply for a room at CU iHouse since it seems to be a less expensive and good option. Is it correctly understood that the rooms are private and not shared? How is the social life at the dorm? And how is the noise level? To be it looks like some super nice apartments, and not much like a dorm. So i'm curious if anyonne has experience:) Thanks!
