we are looking for Catering Project Manager for Remote Camp in Eastern Provinse : the below duties and responsibilities are : 1-Organizing and supervising the work of the catering team to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner & Oversee day-to-day catering operations. 2Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and other food preparation areas. 3-Controlling budgets and minimizing expenditure by efficiently managing resources. 4-Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. 5-it is a must to have food cost knowledge 6-control the daily mandays count as per the camp occupancy 7-Conducting regular inventory checks and ordering supplies as necessary 8-Training, and managing staff to provide high-quality service 9-Planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the catering business Required Skills and Qualifications 1-Strong leadership and team management skills. 2-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 3-Proficient in budgeting and financial management. 4-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5-Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Education and Experience *A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in catering or food service management is required, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Note: immediate joining is a must
