Building My Indonesian Dream Team: A Designer's Quest for Collaboration

Hey fellow creatives!  I'm a designer based in Bali, and after five years of solo freelancing (with 12 years of experience under my belt!), I'm bursting at the seams with projects.  With a little one on the way, I need to build a stellar team.  I'm reaching out to the amazing Indonesian design community for some invaluable advice.  I work primarily with US clients on branding, digital design, and UI/UX projects – a diverse portfolio that could benefit tremendously from collaborative expertise.

My focus is finding talented Indonesian designers eager to not only hone their technical skills but also dive into the business side of design.  I'm particularly interested in those who are hungry to learn and grow, someone who shares my passion for excellence.  While I'm in Bali, I'm open to collaborating with designers in Jakarta or other major cities, especially those keen on intensive in-person collaborations.  The creative energy here is electric, and I want to tap into it respectfully and effectively.

* What motivates Indonesian designers to work with international clients versus local companies? I'm keen to learn the nuances of this decision-making process.
* How can I effectively build trust and lasting professional relationships while navigating cultural communication differences?
