Beyond temples - what to explore in Bangkok?

Done all the temples - what else should I see? 🛕 Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun - checked them all off. What are some non-touristy things to do in Bangkok? Interested in local markets, art galleries, maybe some nature spots. Weekend trip ideas within a few hours also welcome! What am I missing?
