Banking & UPI setup for expats - help!

Banking situation is confusing! 💳 Which bank do expats usually use here? Need something with good online banking and international transfers. Also, anyone successfully set up UPI with a foreign passport? The verification process is driving me nuts! Any step-by-step guide would be amazing. Thanks!
