Bali Yoga Teacher Training: Legit or Instagram Hype?

Choosing the right 200-hour yoga teacher training (YTT) program is a big decision.  With so many schools popping up, especially in popular destinations like Bali, it's easy to get caught up in the marketing hype.  I'm researching a school with multiple locations, which suggests legitimacy, but I want to avoid those flashy 'Instagram-worthy' programs that lack substance.  My priority is a thorough, in-depth curriculum.  Has anyone had experience with yoga schools in Bali?  I'm particularly interested in hearing about programs that deliver a truly transformative learning experience, focusing on both the practical and philosophical aspects of yoga. This is a critical step in my journey to becoming a confident and skilled yoga instructor.  Many programs now also include elements of mindfulness and holistic well-being alongside the asanas, which I find incredibly appealing.
