Bali Villa Showdown: Amarterra, Laguna, or Apurva?

Indecisive on your Bali luxury villa?  I was recently booked at Amarterra Villas, but the mixed reviews (older property, less-than-stellar beach access) gave me pause.  So I'm weighing my options against Laguna Luxury Collection and Apurva Kempinski.  Let's break it down:

Amarterra:  A charming but potentially dated option. Their 1-bedroom pool villa (~$1600) offers daily breakfast, a floating breakfast, a 3-course dinner, and a 2-course lunch – a great value! However, the beach access is a drawback for many.  This is a great choice for couples seeking a more secluded and budget-friendly experience who don't mind slightly older facilities.

Laguna: The luxurious Laguna Luxury Collection is a serious contender.  Their 1-bedroom pool villa (~$3600) boasts a hefty price tag but includes a full suite of amenities: daily breakfast, afternoon tea, a daily minibar, and airport transfers – all with butler service!  The recent renovations are a huge plus. This is perfect for those seeking ultimate pampering and convenience.

Apurva Kempinski:  Apurva offers a stunning Sriwijaya 2-bedroom villa (~$2859.89). While spacious and beautiful, its secluded location might be a downside for some.  Daily breakfast and access to a villa lounge are included.  The private pool's potential for shade is something to consider.  Ideal for families or groups seeking privacy and space.
