Apartment hunting in Bangkok - where to start?

Just landed in Bangkok and apartment hunting is overwhelming! 😅 Looking for a studio or 1BR in Sukhumvit area, budget around 15-20k THB. Close to BTS would be ideal. Any tips on avoiding scams? Also, do I really need to pay 2 months deposit everywhere or is that negotiable? Help appreciated! 🏠
