Why girls are not dancing at gogo bars?

I'm sitting at the Billboard bar right now and most girls are just standing, some are barely moving. There was a macarena song just now and they didn't dance it. 

WTF?

I'm disappointed to be honest. 

Why the hell they're not dancing? Just moving hips a little bit, that's all they do.

Spanky's was better in that regard during shows but still not much dancing.
