Which is the best apartment to rent for a budget of 3.5jt per month in the South side of Jakarta?

As the title says;
I am looking for an apartment to rent for the next 6 months or so in the Southern parts of Jakarta.
No, I don't mean Jak Sel in specific, that is just way too expensive and not in my budget.

I am looking towards Cinere, Lenteng Agung, Pondok Labu etc..
