Sat in a bar on KO samet and the table next to us is getting food from the little food vendor stall .. is that ok ?

So sat on the beach at Green place if anybody knows that, and the table next to us are drinking from the bar which is also a restaurant but then getting food delivered in on polystyrene trays from the food vendor who is set up 30 m away on the beach. That seems a little bit counterintuitive for the bar/ restaurant to allow , but nobody seems to have bothered about it ..  am Imissing something here .. instead of ordering from their menu should have I ordered off the old girl on the beach?
