buying e-cigarettes in Phuket

hi y'all, I know it's not 100% legal but research says vapes are available on Phuket but you should buy it from somewhere trusted - can anyone recommend a good place to buy an e-cigarette, please? I have the vape liquid already, just need the e-cig and cartridge ✌🏻
